Description

Im Rahmen dieser Baumaßnahme sollen die Dachhaut und die Sekuranten der Gebäude 101,102,103,104,105 sowie der Verbindungsbau zwischen Gebäude 101 und 105 des Deutsche Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e. V. am Standort Berlin-Adlershof instandgesetzt werden. Bei den genannten Dächern handelt es sich um Flachdächer die im Wesentlichen einen ähnlichen Dachaufbau haben. Zur Aufrechthaltung des Dienstbetriebes und für die Arbeitssicherheit sollen zum jeweiligen Bauabschnitt die Gebäude mit Baugerüst und Notdach abgesichert werden. Die Erneuerung der genannten Dächer umfasst den Austausch des vollständigen teilweise Schadstoffbelasteten Dachaufbaus (derzeit Gefällestrich mit Dämmung und Bitumenabdichtung) und soll nach statischer Möglichkeit mit extensiver Dachbegrünung und/oder PV-Anlagen ergänzt werden. Die Baumaßnahme soll in drei Bauabschnitten, außerhalb der Frostperiode, durchgeführt werden. Die Absturzsicherung am Dach ist Bestandteil dieser Baumaßnahme. Die Gesamtdachfläche aller Dächer beträgt rd. 4.600 m2. Die Meilensteine zur Umsetzung des Projekts sehen vor: - Leistungsbeginn: Ende Mai 2026 - Baubeginn: Frühjahr 2028 - Fertigstellung: Ende 2030 Die Gesamtkosten des Projektes (KG 300-400) werden auf ca. 3,65 Mio € Netto geschätzt, und gliedert sich in folgende ca. Aufteilung der KG: - KG 300 ca. 2.51 Mio € // - KG 400 ca. 1.10 Mio € // Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen zu beauftragen: Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung gemäß §§ 49 ff. HOAI Die Leistungen werden stufenweise beauftragt. Zunächst werden in der 1. Beauftragungsstufe die Leistungsphase 2 gemäß HOAI beauftragt. Die Leistungsphasen 3-6 werden stufenweise abgerufen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Gesamtbeauftragung besteht nicht
