Germany - Engineering services - Roof renovation of DLR buildings at Berlin Adlershof - Technical equipment services, system groups 4 and 8

The German Aerospace Center (DLR) is procuring engineering services for technical building equipment, system groups 4 and 8 according to German fee regulations (HOAI), service phases 2 and 3 initially with phases 5 to 9 called off step by step. The works cover the renovation of flat roofs and fall protection on buildings 101 to 105 and the connecting building at the DLR site in Berlin Adlershof, with a total roof area of about 4,600 square metres. The roof layers, partly contaminated with pollutants, will be replaced and possibly extended with green roofs or photovoltaic systems. Estimated project cost is about 3.65 million euros net. Works are planned in three phases outside the frost period, starting late May 2026, construction from spring 2028, completion by end of 2030.
