Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für die Prüfung der handelsrechtlichen Jahresabschlüsse sowie Konzernabschlüsse und Prüfung der zusammengefasste Lageberichte der Thüringer Aufbaubank (TAB) zum 31.12.2027 bis zum 31.12.2030, jeweils Vorprüfung sowie einschließlich Prüfung der Einhaltung von § 53 Haushaltsgrundsätzegesetz. Der Abschlussprüfer wird jährlich bestellt werden. Die unter Beachtung genereller gesetzlicher und berufsständischer Qualitätsstandards und Verlautbarungen sowie des Thüringer Aufbaubankgesetzes (ThürAufbBkG) und der TAB-Satzung zu erbringenden Dienstleistungen (Prüfungsleistungen) umfassen: 1. Prüfungsleistungen - Jahresabschlussprüfung und Prüfung des zusammengefassten Lageberichts der Thüringer Aufbaubank für die Geschäftsjahre 2027 bis 2030 - Konzernabschlussprüfung und Prüfung des zusammengefassten Lageberichts der Thüringer Aufbaubank für die Geschäftsjahre 2027 bis 2030 - Prüfung der Einhaltung von § 53 Haushaltsgrundsätzegesetz und Erstellung einer gesonderten Anlage mit den Prüfungsergebnissen nach § 53 HGrG im Prüfungsbericht - Persönliche Vorstellung der Prüfungsergebnisse in den jeweiligen Gremienversammlungen durch den verantwortlichen Prüfungsleiter - Auf Grundlage des Public Corporate Governance Kodex des Freistaats Thüringen (PCGK) erklären der Vorstand und der Verwaltungsrat jeweils jährlich, ob den Empfehlungen des PCGK entsprochen wurde. Diese Entsprechenserklärungen gehen jeweils als Anhang zum Lagebericht in den Prüfband des jeweiligen Jahresabschlusses ein und sind Bestandteil der Überprüfung durch den Abschlussprüfer.
