Planungs- und Koordinierungsleistungen von Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz (SiGeKo) auf Baustellen gemäß Baustellenverordnung (BaustellV) und gemäß Regeln zum Arbeitsschutz auf Baustellen (RAB) 30 Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt mit zwei Auftragnehmern einen Rahmenvertrag über SiGeKo-Leistungen auf Baustellen gemäß BaustellV auf Abruf nach Bedarf für kleine und mittelgroße Baumaßnahmen auf dem UKM-Campus zu schließen. Die Maßnahmen sind in zwei Lose aufgeteilt. Das Los 1 beinhaltet die Baustellen im Zentralklinikum, das Los 2 die Baustellen in den Außenkliniken (inkl. der Standorte Steinfurt und Emsdetten). Es wird jeweils ein Rahmenvertragspartner pro Los beauftragt. Zuschlagskriterium ist der Preis. Für die Zuschlagsentscheidung wird die für den Auftraggeber wirtschaftlichste Kombination bei der Losverteilung gewählt. Bestandteil der zu beauftragenden Leistungen sind 1.1 Grundleistungen während der Planung der Ausführung 1.2 Grundleistungen während der Ausführung des Bauvorhabens 2. das Erstellen der Vorankündigung und deren Übermittlung an die zuständige Stelle (Besondere Leistung) 3. Nebenkosten (Fahrtkosten, Kosten für Vervielfältigungen, Telefon, Porto) 4. Zeithonorar - für unvorhergesehene zusätzliche Leistungen, die ggf. im Zeitnachweis auszuführen sind. Der genaue Umfang der benötigten Leistungen kann derzeit nicht festgelegt werden. Für eine Schätzung des Leistungsumfangs geht der Auftraggeber bei einer 2-jährigen Laufzeit von folgenden Maßnahmen aus. Los 1 - Zentralklinikum ca. 30 Bauprojekte Los 2 - Außenkliniken ca. 30 Bauprojekte Der Auftragswert wurde so genau wie möglich ermittelt. Allerdings kann nicht sicher vorausgesagt werden, welche Leistungen im Vertragszeitraum benötigt werden. Der voraussichtliche Auftragswert für das Los 1 wurde für eine 2-jährige Laufzeit mit einer Summe von ca. 110.000 EUR (netto) und für das Los 2 für eine 2-jährige Laufzeit mit einer Summe von ca. 110.000 EUR (netto) geschätzt. Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt mit Vertragsabschluss und endet zunächst zum 30.06.2027. Der Vertrag verlängert sich automatisch um ein Jahr, wenn nicht ein Rahmenvertragspartner mindestens 6 Monate vor Ende der Vertragslaufzeit schriftlich kündigt. Die Vertragslaufzeit endet ohne vorhergehende Kündigung spätestens zum 30.06.2028.
