Baustellenlogistikleistungen im Rahmen der Sanierung des Olympiazeltdachs im Olympiapark München (Bayern, DE). Das Olympiazeltdach erstreckt sich über eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 78.000 m² und überspannt das Olympiastadion, Freibereiche (Zwischendächer) sowie die Olympiahalle und Olympiaschwimmhalle. Die zu erbringende Leistung umfasst die Planung, Organisation und sofern notwendig Anpassung der Baustellenlogistik während der kompletten zweiten und dritten Bauphase inkl. der benötigten Vor- und Nacharbeiten. Im ersten Bauabschnitt (2026 - 2028) wird das Olympiastadion inkl. Zwischendach zur Olympiahalle saniert (bereits in Ausführung). Der zweite und dritte Bauabschnitt, auf welchen sich diese Ausschreibung bezieht, beinhaltet die Olympiahalle und Olympiaschwimmhalle. Die Sanierungsarbeiten beider Bauwerke erfolgen in den Jahren 2027 bis 2029, in denen beispielsweise Baustelleneinrichtungen und Kran gestellt werden müssen. BW 2: Olympiahalle: 03.2027 - 07.2029 BW 1:Olympiaschwimmhalle: 03.2027 - 12.2028 Aufgrund des witterungsbedingten Bauablaufs ist in der Winterphase (01.12. - 28.02. jedes Jahres) mit reduzierten Personalkapazitäten auf dem Zeltdach zu rechnen. In diesen Monaten können exemplarisch jedoch die Baustelleneinrichtung und die Umsetzung von Kränen durchgeführt werden. Eckdaten der Leistung: - Stellung von Kränen im Jahr 2027, 2028 und 2029 inkl. zugeordneter W&M Planung, z.B. Krangründung, etc. - Sicherung der Baustelle, Bauzäune, Drehkreuzanlagen, Toranlagen etc. sowie die zugeordnete Überwachung der Zugänge - Baubewachung Baustelle - Einrichtung und Vorhaltung einer Containeranlage für ca. 120 Monteure inkl. WC-Anlagen - Versorgung der Baustelle mit Baustrom und Bauwasser
