Summary

Machine-generated summary

The contracting authority is procuring consultancy and support services in invoice complaint management. IT consultants are sought to support the further development of invoice complaint management and the order-to-cash process. Work focuses on analysing, optimising and digitising processes around invoicing, invoice complaints, credit notes, dunning procedures and the related specialised systems and interfaces. The scope covers remote consulting and support services of about 165 person-days per contract year and on-site services of about 15 person-days per contract year. The contract runs for an initial 12 months from award, with an option to extend three times by one year each, subject to meeting defined quality gates covering service delivery quality, usability of results, adherence to deadlines, documentation and communication.
