Das Vergabeverfahren "Druckoutputmanagement" hat das Ziel, die klinikumsweite Infrastruktur der Universitätsmedizinen Greifswald und Rostock - bestehend aus Druckern und Multifunktionsgeräten und den damit verbundenen Lieferungen und Leistungen - zu erneuern. Der klinikumsweite Betrieb der Druck- und Multifunktionssysteme soll durch einen externen Dienstleister im Rahmen eines vertraglichen Betriebsmodells erbracht werden. Der Umfang des Projektes betrifft alle Standorte des AG. Soll-Konzept - Warenkorb mit 6 Geräteklassen - Einheitliche Bedienung auf allen Multifunktionsgeräten - Einheitlicher Universaltreiber für PCL6 & PS3 - Druck aus SAP heraus auf allen Systemtypen - Authentifizierung per RFID Karten/ Transponderauthentifizierung an allen Multifunktionssystemen und Einbindung in die zentrale Managementsoftware - Ausfallsicherheit durch den Einsatz von FollowMe Print - Administrative Entlastung durch automatisiertes Servicemanagement und Tonerverteilung durch den Auftragnehmer - Zentrale Verwaltung der Geräteflotte und verschiedener Print- und Scanworkflows über eine Managementsoftware Nachfolgend werden die Hauptziele des Druckkonzeptes beschrieben: - Bereitstellen von Systemen zum Drucken, Kopieren, Faxen und Scannen. - Anbindung und Inbetriebnahme dieser Systeme und Schulung bzw. Einweisung der Mitarbeiter über alle angebotenen Lösungen. - Realisierung einer Authentifizierung an den Multifunktionssystemen mit Hilfe der im Einsatz befindlichen RFID Karten / Transponder (mind. Typ: Mifare Classic und Desfire). - elektronische Abrechnung auf Basis von Kostenstellen oder Abteilungen über die angebotene Managementsoftware - Realisierung eines Flottenmanagements zur Verwaltung und Überwachung aller angebotenen Systeme, sowie der zentralen Administration und Konfiguration aller Systeme - Automatische Meldung von Verbrauchsmaterial (Toner), Zählerständen und Systemstörungen - Lieferung und Verteilung von Verbrauchsmaterial (außer Papier) an die Gerätestellplätze durch den Auftragnehmer (Tonerwechsel erfolgt durch den Auftraggeber) - Anbindung der Systeme an die bestehende Infrastruktur des AG (genauer beschrieben in Punkt 2.2 IT Infrastruktur)
