Druck und Versandvorbereitung der Einladungsschreiben für die Zentrale Stelle Mammographie-Screening Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist es einen geeigneten Auftragnehmer (AN) für den Druck (farbig) und die Versandvorbereitung von ca. 1.600.000 Sendungen pro Jahr (ca. 25.000 bis 35.000 Sendungen wöchentlich) für die Zentrale Stelle Mammographie-Screening für die Bundesländer Bremen, Niedersachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt und Hamburg. Aufgrund der Altersgruppenerweiterung ist ab dem 01.01.2028 mit einer Erhöhung der Sendungsmengen um etwa 16 % zu rechnen. Die entsprechende Mengenentwicklung wurde bei der Kalkulation ab 2028 berücksichtigt. Unter Berücksichtigung der Mengenentwicklung beträgt die kalkulierte Gesamtmenge über die Vertragslaufzeit von vier Jahren (inklusive Verlängerungsoption) insgesamt 7.168.000 Sendungen. Die fertigen Einladungsschreiben sind innerhalb von 3 (Werk)Tagen, nach Anlieferung der Adressdateien zu verarbeiten und an den Postdienstleister zu übergeben. Derzeit werden die Kompakt- und Standardbriefe abgeholt. Im Bedarfsfall ist die Anlieferung der Sendungen durch den AN zu übernehmen. Die zu erbringenden Leistungen umfassen den Druck (farbig) und die Versandvorbereitung von ca. 25.000 bis 35.000 Sendungen DIN lang wöchentlich für die Zentrale Stelle Mammographie-Screening in die Bundesländer Bremen, Niedersachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt und Hamburg. Die Jahresmenge beträgt ca. 1.600.000 Sendungen. Aufgrund der Altersgruppenerweiterung ist ab dem 01.01.2028 mit einer Erhöhung der Sendungsmengen um etwa 16 % zu rechnen.
