AP 1: Einarbeitung • Aufstellen eines Projektteams • Durchführung einer Bestandsaufnahme • Erstellung eines Berichtes zur Bestandsaufnahme AP 2: Umsetzung des vereinbarten Projektplanung LSA • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Projektdokumente • Besprechungen/Informationsveranstaltungen gegenüber dem Projektteams des AG • Unterstützung im Rahmen des Projektverlaufes • LSA-Kandidaten • LSA-Systemaufbruch mit LCN • Analysen • GD-LSA /LSA-Plan AP 3: LSA-Datenlieferungen • Kandidaten • Reports • Datenbank • Projektabschlussbericht Die Gesamtsumme der notwendigen Personenstunden beträgt 140.362.
