Description

Der Kreis Recklinghausen schreibt die Beschaffung einer mobilen Datenerfassung für den Rettungsdienst (Überlassung von Software auf Dauer, Kauf von Hardware, Kauf einer Serverlösung, Überlassung von Programmier- und Wartungssoftware, Pflege- und Serviceleistungen und optionalen Zusatzleistungen) sowie Schulung EU-weit im Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb als Gesamtlos aus. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung als EVB-IT Systemvertrag mit einem Unternehmen und einer Vertragslaufzeit von 48 Monaten. Der gegenständliche Rahmenvertrag kann einseitig durch den Auftraggeber um weitere 12 Monate verlängert werden. Die Vertragslaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beginnt am Tag nach der Zuschlagserteilung. Neben dem Kreis Recklinghausen sind die folgenden Stellen berechtigt, zu den in der Rahmenvereinbarung festgelegten Konditionen Leistungen nach Bedarf abzurufen: - Die kreisangehörigen Gemeinden Castrop-Rauxel, Datteln, Dorsten, Gladbeck, Haltern am See, Herten, Marl, Oer-Erkenschwick, Waltrop und Recklinghausen. - Die Rettungsschule Vest - Deutsches Rotes Kreuz / Kreis Recklinghausen gGmbH sowie die jeweils in den Kommunen im Rettungsdienst / Krankentransport sowie sonst nach §§ 1 Abs. 1, 13 Abs. 1 RettG NRW (Gesetz über den Rettungsdienst sowie die Notfallrettung und den Krankentransport durch Unternehmer - Rettungsgesetz Nordrhein-Westfalen) tätigen Hilfsorganisationen und Unternehmen. Der maximale Abruf aus dem Rahmenvertrag beträgt 1.500.000,00 Euro zzgl. Umsatzsteuer. Mit Erreichen des Höchstwertes können keine weiteren Abrufe aus der Rahmenvereinbarung mehr getätigt werden. Eine Verpflichtung zur Abnahme über die in den Vergabeunterlagen genannte Mindestabnahmemenge hinaus bis zum Erreichen des Höchstwertes besteht nicht.
