Metallbauarbeiten: Lage der Baustelle: Das Projektgebiet ist verkehrstechnisch erschlossen und befindet sich im Kreis Recklinghausen, c a. 1 0 km westlich des Recklinghäuser Zentrums im Gewerbegebiet . Das Baufeld grenzt an ein weiteres Baufeld an, das ab ca. Mitte 2 027 einer seperaten Bebauung zugeführt wird. Sofern während der Bauausführung auf dem westlich angrenzenden Baufeld Drittbaumaßnahmen stattfinden , können sich hierdurch Einschränkungen hinsichtlich Zufahrt , Logistik oder Baustellenorganisation ergeben. Die Ausführung der Leistungen hat unter Berücksichtigung der örtlichen Gegebenheiten zu erfolgen. Weitergehende Ansprüche aus etwaigen parallel stattfindenden Drittbaumaßnahmen können hieraus nicht abgeleitet werden. Lage und Art der baulichen Anlage: Das Bauwerk wird als kompakter Baukörper in drei oberirdischen Geschossen mit Technikgeschoss auf dem Dach errichtet. Das Gebäude ist der Gebäudeklasse 5 gemäß Landesbauordnung NRW zuzuordnen und weist eine Bruttogrundfläche von ca. 4 .577 m 2 auf . Die Gründung des Gebäudes erfolgt als Stahlbetonbodenplatte in WU- Bauweise. Der Baukörper wird überwiegend in Stahlbetonbauweise errichtet . Die Gebäudekubatur wird durch Vor - und Rücksprünge gegliedert. Hierdurch werden unterschiedliche Gebäudetiefen ausgebildet sowie Terrassen und gestaffelte Gründachflächen ermöglicht . Ein Teilbereich des Gebäudes weist aufgrund erhöhter Raumhöhenanforderungen eine Überhöhung auf. Die Attikahöhe dieses Bereichs beträgt ca . + 17,50 m über Geländeoberfläche.
