The German Red Cross (DRK) seeks a framework agreement with a provider of databased fundraising services for its mailing activities. The supplier will deliver database-based address services and strategic and analytical consulting on the data pool. The programme covers postal donor letters (print mailings) along two thematic tracks: domestic work, presenting example projects from DRK branches supporting children, older, sick or disadvantaged people, and international work, presenting current projects worldwide with a focus on immediate emergency relief and long-term measures strengthening sister societies and crisis-affected people. Mailings focus on donor appeals, new donor acquisition and dissemination work, using the DRK's own house list and donor database plus external addresses, with target group selection via scoring models and hard selections.
