Description

Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI" oder "Auftraggeber = AG") erwägt, eine Rahmenver-einbarung über die zeitlich befristete Überlassung von Softwarelizenzen (Miete) inkl. Soft-warepflege und Support (als Subscription-Modell) sowie Implementierungs-, Migrations- und Schulungsleistungen für eine Contact Center Lösung für den Eigenbedarf und den Endkun-den Bundeswehr (im Folgenden: "Bw") in Höhe von ca. 4.000.000 Euro netto (Obergrenze: ca. 6.000.000 Euro netto, siehe Anlage 1 zum EVV_Auftragswertschätzung) im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von vier Jahren Grundlaufzeit abgeschlossen. Für die unter diesem Rahmenvertrag zu erbringenden Vertragsleistungen wird ein geschätztes Abrufvolumen von ca. 4.000.000 € innerhalb der maximalen Gesamtvertragslaufzeit (Grundlaufzeit von 4 Jahren) ermittelt. Für den Fall, dass sich die zukünftigen Anforderungen an die strategische Ausrichtung des Endkunden ändern, ist der Auftraggeber berechtigt, Abrufe mit einem Volumen um 50 % bis zum 1,5 fachen des vorgenannten Abrufvolumens vorzunehmen. Somit ergibt sich eine geschätzte Obergrenze von gerundet 6.000.000 €.
