Die BWI erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer zur Beschaffung eine App-Analyse Plattform in Höhe von 2.328.000,00 Euro (netto) bis zu 3.492.000,00 Euro (netto) im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens gem. gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal vier Jahren (zwei Jahre Grundlaufzeit, mit einmaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein (1) Jahr optional) abgeschlossen. Für die unter diesem Rahmenvertrag zu erbringenden Vertragsleistungen wird ein geschätzter Auftragswert von 2.328.000,00 Euro (netto) innerhalb der maximalen Gesamtlaufzeit von zwei (2) Jahre Vertragslaufzeit zzgl. einmaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein (1) Jahr ermittelt. Für den Fall, dass sich die zukünftigen Anforderungen an die strategische Ausrichtung des Auftraggebers und/oder Endkunden ändern, ist der Auftraggeber berechtigt, Abrufe mit einem Volum um 50% bis zum 1,5-fachen des vorgenannten geschätzten Auftragswertes vorzunehmen (nachfolgend auch "Obergrenze" genannt). Somit ergibt sich eine Obergrenze von 3.492.000,00 Euro (netto).
