Description

Die Stadt Königs Wusterhausen beabsichtigt den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Durchführung von klassischen Postdienstleistungen sowie des hybriden Postversandes. Es erfolgt eine Einteilung in vier Lose: Los 1 - Klassischer Briefpostversand Land Brandenburg Los 2 - Klassischer Briefpostversand Berlin Los 3 - Klassischer Briefpostversand Bundesweit und International Los 4 - Hybrider Postversand Gegenstand der Rahmenvereinbarung ist die Durchführung von Postdienstleistungen nach dem Postgesetz (PostG). So beinhalten die Leistungen der Lose 1-3 den klassischen Briefpostversand - d. h. die werktägliche Abholung, die Frankierung, die Beförderung und die Zustellung der gesamten Briefsendungen der Stadt Königs Wusterhausen inkl. Postzustellungsaufträge. Das Los 4 beinhaltet den hybriden Postversand. Damit sollen diejenigen Dokumente, die digital ausgefertigt und ohne Originalunterschrift versandt werden können, über eine Schnittstelle an einen Auftragnehmer übergeben werden und zur Übersendung durch einen Versanddienstleister aufbereitet werden (Druck, Freimachung, Sortierung und ähnliches). Es handelt sich um eine Rahmenvereinbarung. Eine Garantie über die Menge der zu versendenden Poststücke kann nicht gewährleistet werden. Die angegebenen Mengen können über- oder unterschritten werden. Der Auftragnehmer hat keinen Anspruch auf ein bestimmtes Umsatzvolumen.
