Description

Der Landkreis Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis schreibt den physischen Postversand für das Landratsamt Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis im Rahmen eines europaweiten Vergabeverfahrens aus. Die vergabegegenständliche Leistung umfasst die Abholung, Frankierung sowie die bundesweite und internationale Beförderung und Zustellung von Postsendungen aller Art des Auftraggebers (Physischer Postversand) bis zu einem Einzelgewicht von 2.000 Gramm. Die Beförderung von Postsendungen im Standardformat (sog. Standardbriefsendungen) bildet den Hauptgegenstand der zu erbringenden Postdienstleistungen. Die vergabegegenständlichen Leistungen werden in zwei Losen vergeben: - Los 1: Physischer Postversand Abholung (Physischer Postausgang), Frankierung, Beförderung und physische Zustellung von Postsendungen bis 2000 Gramm (gewöhnliche Briefsendungen national und international, Einschreibesendungen). - Los 2: Physischer Postzustellungsauftrag Physische Abholung, Frankierung, Beförderung und Zustellung von Briefen mit Postzustellungsurkunde (PZU) Der überwiegende Teil der physischen Post geht an Empfänger im Postleitzahlenbereich 74XXX. Die Einzelheiten zu den zu erbringenden Leistungen ergeben sich aus den Leistungsverzeichnissen (Anlage 2a bis 2b zu diesem Leitfaden) sowie den Vertragsentwürfen (Anlage 3a bis 3b zu diesem Leitfaden).
