Description

Leistungsgegenstand ist die Bereitstellung von IT-Leistungen zur digitalen Übermittlung von Briefen und anderen Dokumenten an den Auftragnehmer sowie deren Ausdruck, Kuvertierung, Frankierung und Zustellung durch den Auftragnehmer. Aus technischen Gründen werden im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens Hybridpostleistungen beschafft, mit Ausnahme der digitalen Übermittlung bzw. Druck, Kuvertierung, Frankierung, Zustellung von Postzustellungsurkunden. Die Beschaffung der Leistungen für Postzustellungsaufträge sind einem gesonderten Verfahren (Los 2) vorbehalten. Für die hier gegenständlichen Leistungen (Los 1) soll eine Rahmenvereinbarung für den Zeitraum vom 01.05.2026 bis zum 30.04.2030 abgeschlossen werden. Zudem soll der Auftraggeber den Vertragszeitraum zweimal um jeweils ein Jahr verlängern können (Optionszeiträume).
