Description

Leistungsgegenstand ist die Bereitstellung von IT-Leistungen zur digitalen Erstellung von Postzustellungsaufträgen (PZA) sowie Ausdruck, Kuvertierung, ggf. Frankierung und Zustellung der PZA durch den Auftragnehmer. Aus technischen Gründen werden im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens die Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit PZA beschafft. Die Beschaffung der Leistungen für Postdienstleistungen als "Hybridpost" sind einem gesonderten Verfahren (Los 1) vorbehalten. Für die hier gegenständlichen Leistungen (Los 2) soll eine Rahmenvereinbarung für den Zeitraum vom 01.05.2026 bis zum 30.04.2030 abgeschlossen werden. Zudem soll der Auftraggeber den Vertragszeitraum zweimal um jeweils ein Jahr verlängern können (Optionszeiträume).
