Description

Der Landkreis Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis schreibt den physischen Postversand für das Landratsamt Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis im Rahmen eines europaweiten Vergabeverfahrens aus. Die vergabegegenständliche Leistung umfasst die Abholung, Frankierung sowie die bundesweite und internationale Beförderung und Zustellung von Postsendungen aller Art des Auftraggebers (Physischer Postversand) bis zu einem Einzelgewicht von 2.000 Gramm sowie die Abholung der Eingangspost im Briefzentrum (Postfach des Auftraggebers) und deren Anlieferung in der Poststelle des Auftraggebers. Die Beförderung von Postsendungen im Standardformat (sog. Standardbriefsendungen) bildet den Hauptgegenstand der zu erbringenden Postdienstleistungen. Postzustellungsaufträge sind nicht Gegenstand des Verfahrens. Eine Ausschreibung in Losen findet nicht statt. Der überwiegende Teil der physischen Post (über 90 Prozent) geht an Empfänger in Baden-Württemberg. Die Einzelheiten zu den zu erbringenden Leistungen ergeben sich aus dem Preisblatt (Anlage 2 zu diesem Leitfaden) sowie dem Vertragsentwurf (Anlage 3 zu diesem Leitfaden).
