Lagerung von insgesamt 31 verschiedenen Vordrucken (aufgeteilt auf zwei Lose) unter Berücksichtigung der in den vordruckspezifischen Leistungsbeschreibungen genannten Merkmalen sowie des vordefinierten bankeinheitlichen Layouts - Portionierung der abgerufenen Artikel nach einzelnen Bündelstellen (derzeit 41) - Anlieferung an die jeweiligen Annahmestellen (derzeit 41, siehe Datei "B4 Lieferanschriften und Anlieferungshinweise.pdf"); ca. 2.050 Lieferungen/Jahr - telefonische Beratung des Fachbereichs hinsichtlich des Vordruckportfolios und des Kataloges sowie der Reklamationsbearbeitung durch feste deutschsprachige Ansprechpartner während der Geschäftszeiten des Auftraggebers (montags bis freitags 9:00 bis 15:00 Uhr), inklusive Vertretung, des Auftragnehmers - Beratung des Fachbereichs bzgl. umweltfreundlicher/nachhaltiger Alternativprodukte/-materialien - Pflege des Portfolios (Aktualisierung) - Bereitstellung eines elektronischen Vordruckkataloges
