Modernisierung der Ultraschalldiagnostik in mehreren Fachabteilungen im St. Vincenz Krankenhaus Limburg Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Erneuerung und bedarfsgerechte Erweiterung der Ultraschalldiagnostik durch die Beschaffung moderner Ultraschallgeräte für mehrere klinische Fachabteilungen sowie ein medizinisches Versorgungszentrum (MVZ). Die neuen Systeme sollen den aktuellen Anforderungen an Bildqualität, Funktionsumfang, Bedienerfreundlichkeit, Mobilität und digitale Integration entsprechen. Die Ultraschallgeräte sollen insbesondere eingesetzt werden in den folgenden Fachbereichen: - Zentrale Notaufnahme (ZNA) - Anästhesie - Kardiologie - Gefäßchirurgie - Angiologie - Nephrologie Die spezifischen technischen und funktionalen Anforderungen an die jeweiligen Ultraschallgeräte sind in Anhang I zum Teilnahmeantrag aufgeführt. Die detaillierten Anforderungen werden im Leistungsverzeichnis ausgeführt, das im Rahmen der Angebotsphase veröffentlicht wird. Darüber hinaus müssen die Ultraschallgeräte: - eine intuitive und ergonomische Bedienoberfläche aufweisen, - über ein modulares Sondenkonzept verfügen, das den unterschiedlichen klinischen Anforderungen gerecht wird, - eine digitale Dokumentation und Befundübertragung ermöglichen und sich nahtlos in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur integrieren lassen, - den Anforderungen an Hygiene, Reinigung und Desinfektion im klinischen Alltag entsprechen. Die Lieferanten werden gebeten, ein umfassendes Umsetzungskonzept vorzulegen, das neben der technischen Ausstattung auch die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Einwei-sung des Anwenderpersonals sowie ein Service- und Wartungskonzept umfasst. Zudem ist darzustellen, wie eine langfristige Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit, Softwarepflege und Anwenderunterstützung sichergestellt werden.
