Summary

Machine-generated summary

The district of Luechow-Dannenberg, together with its member municipalities in Lower Saxony, Germany, intends to award an essentially exclusive general right to build and operate electric vehicle charging infrastructure in public street space and on publicly accessible municipal land, with exceptions only in individual cases on non-public municipal land. The concession is part of a model project of the Lower Saxony state road authority (NLStBV), for which the district is one of two model regions. It is awarded as a single lot following a prior concept defining minimum charging capacity and possible locations. The procedure is a negotiated procedure with a participation competition under German procurement law (KonzVgV and VgV). Suitable operators may participate in the preliminary selection stage.

Description

V. m. §§ 14 Abs. 3, 17 VgV.
