Description

Die Ruhr-Universität Bochum (nachfolgend: "Auftraggeberin") pachtet und betreibt in der Heizzentrale am Standort Technisches Zentrum in Bochum-Querenburg ein Blockheizkraftwerk mit einer kumulierten elektrischen Leistung von derzeit 8,7 MW (2 Module à 4.350 kWel) (nachfolgend: "BHKW"). Die erzeugte Wärme wird an Dritte veräußert. Die erzeugte Strommenge wird mit Ausnahme des BHKW-Eigenverbrauchs vollständig kaufmännisch-bilanziell eingespeist und durch einen externen Dienstleister vermarktet. Technische Einzelheiten zum BHKW sowie eine nähere Beschreibung der Versorgungssituation ergeben sich aus den Ausschreibungsunterlagen. Die Auftraggeberin hat im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung ein Unternehmen, das die technische Betriebsführung für die BHKW-Anlagen übernimmt, gesucht. Als feste Vertragslaufzeit sind drei Jahre vorgesehen (01.01.2026 bis 31.12.2028) sowie eine zweimalige Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein Jahr. Derzeit werden die hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen durch die Stadtwerke Bochum Holding GmbH erbracht (Vertragsende: 31.12.2025). Für die Wartung und Instandsetzung des BHKW ist im Wesentlichen die Caterpillar Energy Solutions GmbH verantwortlich; die Verantwortlichkeitsbereiche der einzelnen Akteure ergeben sich im Detail aus den Ausschreibungsunterlagen. Eigentümerin des BHKW ist die unique Wärme GmbH & Co. KG, ein gemeinsames Tochterunternehmen der Ruhr-Universität Bochum und der Stadtwerke Bochum Holding GmbH.
