Description

Die Gemeinde Grefrath plant die Modernisierung und Neugestaltung des Rathauses - hierzu soll der denkmalwürdige Altbestand modernisiert und durch einen neuen zwei- bzw. dreigeschossigen (Splitlevel), nicht unterkellerten Neubau erweitert werden. Dieser schließt mittels eines kleinen Verbindungsbaus barrierefrei an den bestehenden Altbau an. Der bauseitige Rohbau besteht aus einem Stahlbeton-Kern in überwiegend Ortbetonbauweise sowie aus einschaligem Mauerwerk der Außenwände (Nordfassade und beide Giebelseiten). Die Zimmerarbeiten ergänzen den Rohbau durch ein zweigeschossiges Holz-Tragwerk und einen vorgelagerten Balkon auf der Südseite sowie das Dachtragwerk auf Nord- und Südseite. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind folgende Leistungen: Lieferung und Montage von Stahlbetonfertigteil-Sitzbankelementen bestehend aus insg. 28 Stck. Einzelelementen (L-Steinsockel/Winkelstützen) à 12 Typen an Südfassade EG inkl. Perimeterdämmung, Dämmstoffstreifen, Befestigungsmaterial und Abdichtung der Bauteilfugen.
