Description

Metall-Innentüren Die Gemeinde Grefrath plant die Modernisierung und Neugestaltung des Rathauses - hierzu soll der denkmalwürdige Altbestand modernisiert und durch einen neuen zwei- bzw. dreigeschossigen (Splitlevel), nicht unterkellerten Neubau erweitert werden. Dieser schließt mittels eines kleinen Verbindungsbaus barrierefrei an den bestehenden Altbau an. Der bauseitige Rohbau besteht aus einem Stahlbeton-Kern in überwiegend Ortbetonbauweise sowie aus einschaligem Mauerwerk der Außenwände (Nordfassade und beide Giebelseiten). Die Zimmerarbeiten ergänzen den Rohbau durch ein zweigeschossiges Holz-Tragwerk und einen vorgelagerten Balkon auf der Südseite sowie das Dachtragwerk auf Nord- und Südseite. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind folgende Leistungen inkl. aller Vor- und Nacharbeiten: - 4 Stck. 1-flügelige Aluminium-Rahmentür mit feststehendem Seitenteil T30/RS - 2 Stck. 1-flügelige Aluminium-Rahmentür mit feststehendem Seitenteil und Oberlicht T30/RS - 10 Stck. 1-flügelige Aluminium-Rahmentür T30/RS - 2 Stck. 1-flügelige Aluminium-Rahmentür mit feststehendem Seitenteil F0 - 1 Stck. mehrteilige Aluminium-Glas-Wandanlage mit 2-flügeliger Automatik- Schiebetüreanlage - 1 Stck. mehrteilige Aluminium-Glas-Wandanlage mit 1-flügeliger Drehtür - 10 Stck.1-flügelige Stahlblechtüren T30-RS
