Die Gemeinde Grefrath plant die Modernisierung und Neugestaltung des Rathauses - hierzu soll der denkmalwürdige Altbestand modernisiert und durch einen neuen zwei- bzw. dreigeschossigen (Splitlevel), nicht unterkellerten Neubau erweitert werden. Dieser schließt mittels eines kleinen Verbindungsbaus barrierefrei an den bestehenden Altbau an. Der bauseitige Rohbau besteht aus einem Stahlbeton-Kern in überwiegend Ortbetonbauweise sowie aus einschaligem Mauerwerk der Außenwände (Nordfassade und beide Giebelseiten). Die Zimmerarbeiten ergänzen den Rohbau durch ein zweigeschossiges Holz-Tragwerk und einen vorgelagerten Balkon auf der Südseite sowie das Dachtragwerk auf Nord- und Südseite. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind folgende Leistungen inkl. aller Vor- und Nacharbeiten: - ca. 260 m² Biopolymer-Designspachtelung bestehend aus Naturharz-Gussboden - 2 Stück Sauberlaufmatten 435 x 195 cm bzw. 120 x 60 cm Nennmaß
