Die LfA beabsichtigt, eine Personalmanagement-Software als Software as a Service (SaaS) einzuführen. a) Cloud Leistung - Software as a Service Sachgebiete, die das Personalmanagementsystem abdecken soll, sind: - Stellen- und Organisationsmanagement - Bewerbermanagement - Onboarding - Personalbetreuung - Vergütung - Digitale Personalakte - Zeit- und Anwesenheitsmanagement - Personalentwicklung - Mitarbeitergespräche - Reisekostenmanagement - Offboarding - Aufgabenmanagement - Dokumentenmanagement - Workflow - Analysen und Statistiken - Vertretungsregelung Die Gehaltsabrechnung ist nicht Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung. Der Anbieter stellt dem Auftraggeber die Software als Produktiv- und als Testsystem zur Verfügung. Der Anbieter entwickelt das System laufend weiter. Der Anbieter stellt dem Auftraggeber einen 2nd und 3rd Level Support zur Verfügung. Die jährliche Pauschale deckt jegliche Software insbesondere Betriebssysteme, Datenbanken, Webserver und Application Server, welche für den Betrieb der Standardsoftware während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit erforderlich sind, sowie sämtliche Updates und Upgrades dieser Software ab. b) Initiale Leistungen - Setup und sonstige Leistungen Die LfA benötigt einmalige Leistungen im Rahmen des Einführungsprojekts. c) Leistungen auf Abruf - optionale Leistung Die LfA benötigt Personentage-Kontingente auf Abruf für Beratung, Änderung, Neuentwicklung und Schulungen. d) Leistungen bei Vertragsende - optionale Leistung Der Anbieter unterstützt die LfA bei der Herstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft eines neuen Systems durch Datenmigration.
