Die Stadt Frechen beabsichtigt, den Neubau einer 5- zügigen Clusterschule als sog. Rotationsgebäude (künftig unterschiedliche Nutzung durch unterschiedliche Schulformen und -zwecke) inklusive zugehöriger Außenanlagen im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gemäß VOB /A - EU zu vergeben. Die Vergabe erfolgt als Totalunternehmerleistung (Planung und schlüsselfertige Errichtung). Die schlüsselfertige Errichtung der fünfzügigen Sekundarschule I inklusive Ganztagsbereichen in serielle Bauweise / Modulbauweise beträgt ca. 10.500m² BGF. Die Realisierung des Bauvorhabens erfolgt in mehreren, durch das Raumprogramm definierten Bauabschnitten - insgesamt in bis zu maximal vier Bauabschnitten. Der 1. Bauabschnitt ist zwingend so zu planen und auszuführen, dass die entsprechenden Flächen und Funktionen zum Schuljahresbeginn 2027/28, d.h. im Juli 2027, fertiggestellt, abgenommen und betriebsbereit übergeben werden können. Die Bewerber müssen ihre technische und fachliche Eignung anhand geeigneter Unterlagen und Eigenerklärungen nachweisen.
