Description

Die gesamte Baumaßnahme umfasst den Neubau eines Feuerwehrgebäudes in Bargteheide, auf dem Flurstück 546 an der Bahnhofstraße. Der Neubau erfolgt im Rahmen der Erschließung des Neubaugebiet gemäß des Bebauungsplans Nr. 9b und besteht aus einer Fahrzeughalle mit 15 Stell-plätzen, den zugeordneten Technik- und Lagerräumen, Werkstätten sowie Schul- und Sozialräumen. Die hierfür neu herzustellenden Außenanlagen bestehen aus einer gebäudeumschließenden Zu-fahrtsstraße, Besucher- und Alarmstellplätzen sowie einem Übungsplatz. Weiterhin ist ein Vorplatz mit einer Alarmausfahrt zur Bahnhofstraße vor den Hallentoren der Feuerwache angeordnet. Sämtli-che Verkehrsflächen werden in Pflasterbauweise errichtet. Für die Errichtung der Abscheider ist eine Zertifizierung als Fachbetrieb gemäß WHG in Verbindung mit § 62 AwSV erforderlich. Diese Ausschreibung umfasst Tief- und Rohrleitungsarbeiten und Arbeiten an Außen- und Freianla-gen für den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses in Bargteheide. Folgende Hauptleistungen im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung sind zu erbringen: - Ausführen von Erdarbeiten zum Bodenaustausch und Geländeprofilierung (Abtrag ca.1.800 m3, Auftrag ca. 6.600 m³) und zum Oberbodenabtrag (ca. 5450 m3) - Erstellen von Baugruben für entwässerungstechnischen Anlagen mit offener Wasserhaltung - Verlegen von Regen- und Schmutzwasserleitungen inkl. Schächte (ca. 550 m) - Einbau von Drainage Leitungen inkl. Schächten (ca. 240 m) - Verlegen der Grundleitungen unter der Gebäudesohle (ca. 220 m) - Herstellen eines Regenrückhaltebeckens - Erstellen von Pflasterflächen in ungebundener Bauweise aus Pflastersteinen aus Beton (ins-gesamt ca. 4.400 m²) - Errichtung eines Fett- sowie eines Koaleszensabscheiders Bieter müssen die Anforderungen der Gütesicherung Kanalbau RAL-GZ 961 für die Beurteilungs-gruppe AK3 erfüllen und mit Angebotsabgabe nachweisen.
