Description

Die Johannes-Schule ist eine 5- bis 6-zügige Gemeinschaftsgrundschule im Frechener Stadtteil Königsdorf. Die Schule verfügt über eine Einfeldsporthalle, die aufgrund baulicher Mängel abgerissen wird und durch eine neue Zweifeldsporthalle ersetzt werden soll. Mit dieser Ausschreibung wird ein Auftragnehmer für die Planung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung für den Neubau der Sporthalle gesucht. Der Vertrag umfasst Grund- und besondere Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-9 nach § 55 HOAI in den Anlagengruppen 410 / 420 / 430 / 440 / 450 / 480. Als Leistungsbestandteil ist - in Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Planern - eine funktionale Leistungsbeschreibung zu erarbeiten, auf deren Basis für die Umsetzung der Baumaßnahme ein Generalunternehmer ausgeschrieben werden soll. Bei der Erstellung der Leistungsbeschreibung ist darauf zu achten, dass bei der Bauausführung auch serielle Bauweisen eingesetzt werden können. Weitere Einzelheiten können den Vergabeunterlagen entnommen werden. Die Leistungen der Objektplanung, Freianlagenplanung, Tragwerksplanung, Bauphysik und Brandschutzplanung werden separat ausgeschrieben.
