Summary

Machine-generated summary

The State of North Rhine-Westphalia, represented by Essen Police Headquarters, intends to lease a new police station building in central Mülheim an der Ruhr. The contractor must offer a plot in a defined selection area and plan, build or fit out the property there, tailored to the tenant's needs. The project may be realised by refurbishing an existing building, constructing a new one, or adapting a building already under construction. Sole use is preferred, though shared use with another authority is possible if the police occupy a self-contained, separately accessed part with contiguous floor space. The contract is a lease with building obligation running 20 years, with a one-time option for the tenant to extend by 5 years.
