Das Pfalzklinikum plant die Erweiterung des Jugendmaßregelvollzuges im südlichen Bereich des Klinikgeländes in 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. Die Erweiterung ist mit einem 2- geschossigen Neubau (mit Teilunterkellerung als WU-Konstruktion) inkl. Zugangsbereich und Sporthalle vorgesehen. Das Gebäude ist als Ortbeton-, Halbfertigteil-(Wände/ Decken) und Mauerwerkskonstruktion konzipiert. Eine sep. Werkhalle für den Bereich Arbeitstherapie mit Anbindung an das bestehende Gebäude 50 gehört ebenfalls zum Erweiterungsumfang und somit zur Baumaßnahme. Die Werkhalle ist ebenfalls als Ortbeton- und Halbfertigteilkonstruktion (Wände) konzipiert. Dämmung aller medienführenden Leitungen (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Abwasser, Kälte) und Einbauteile mit Steinwolledämmschalen Alukaschiert, PE-Schlauch/Platten, tlw. Mit Blechummantelung, Brandschutzdurchführungen R90 herstellen und Vermörtelung der Fugen. VWR43-400-12 Technische Wärmedämmung / Brandschutz • Dämmung von ca. 1.850 lfdm Trinkwasser- und Feuerlöschrochleitungen inkl. Formstücke und Armaturen DN 12-80 mit Steinwolledämmschalen (z. T. mit Blechummantelung) • Dämmung von ca. 530 lfdm Schmutz- und Regenwasserleitungen mit Steinwollematten und systetischem Kautschuk • Dämmung von ca. 1.800 lfdm Heizungsleitungen inkl. Formstücke und Armaturen DN 15-80 mit Steinwolledämmschalen (z. T. mit Blechummantelung) • Dämmung von ca. 1.600 lfdm Kälteleitungen mit Kältekautschuk inkl. Formstücke und Armaturen DN 15-100 (z. T. mit Blechummantelung) • Dämmung von ca. 1.900 m² Lüftungskanälen inkl. Formstücke mit Steinwolledämmplatten (z. T. mit Blechummantelung)
