Description

Das Pfalzklinikum plant die Erweiterung des Jugendmaßregelvollzuges im südlichen Bereich des Klinikgeländes in 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. Die Erweiterung ist mit einem 2- geschossigen Neubau (mit Teilunterkellerung als WU-Konstruktion) inkl. Zugangsbereich und Sporthalle vorgesehen. Das Gebäude ist als Ortbeton-, Halbfertigteil-(Wände/ Decken) und Mauerwerkskonstruktion konzipiert. Eine sep. Werkhalle für den Bereich Arbeitstherapie mit Anbindung an das bestehende Gebäude 50 gehört ebenfalls zum Erweiterungsumfang und somit zur Baumaßnahme. Die Werkhalle ist ebenfalls als Ortbeton- und Halbfertigteilkonstruktion (Wände) konzipiert. Die Schmutzwasserentwässerung erfolgt über Freispiegelentwässerung (Guss/PP). Für die Trinkwasserinstallation ist Edelstahlrohr geplant. Die Warmwasserbereitung erfolgt über eine Frischwasserstation. Die Ausstattung der Nasszellen erfolgt in Sanitärporzellan, teilweise in Edelstahl, Vandalengeschützt. VWR43-400-09 Sanitärtechnik - 95 Stück Einrichtungsgegenstände mit Zubehör mit erhöhtem Sicherheitsstandard - Ca. 1600 lfdm Trinkwasserrohrleitungen DN 12 - DN 65 aus Edelstahl-Pressrohrsystem mit Zubehör - Ca. 250 Ifdm Feuerlöschleitungen DN 50 + DN 80 aus Edelstahl-Pressrohrsystem mit Zubehör und Löschwasserentnahmestellen - Ca. 450 Ifdm Schmutzwasserrohrleitungssystem aus muffenlosem Gusseisen einschl. Zubehör - Ca. 80 Ifdm Regenwasserrohrleitungen aus verzinktem Stahlrohr als Stecksystem mit Zubehör - 1 Stück zentrale Warmwasserbereitung bestehend aus Vorwärm- und Nacherwärmstufe - 1 Stück UV-Entkeimung für Trinkwasseranlage - 1 Stück Doppel-Tauchpumpenanlage mit Zubehör
