Description

Das Pfalzklinikum plant die Erweiterung des Jugendmaßregelvollzuges im südlichen Bereich des Klinikgeländes in 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. Die Erweiterung ist mit einem 2- geschossigen Neubau (mit Teilunterkellerung als WU-Konstruktion) inkl. Zugangsbereich und Sporthalle vorgesehen. Das Gebäude ist als Ortbeton-, Halbfertigteil-(Wände/ Decken) und Mauerwerkskonstruktion konzipiert. Eine sep. Werkhalle für den Bereich Arbeitstherapie mit Anbindung an das bestehende Gebäude 50 gehört ebenfalls zum Erweiterungsumfang und somit zur Baumaßnahme. Die Werkhalle ist ebenfalls als Ortbeton- und Halbfertigteilkonstruktion (Wände) konzipiert. Das gesamte Gebäude wird über eine zentrale Lüftungsanlage (10.0000m³/h), aufgestellt in der Technikzentrale Ebene -3. be- und entlüftet. Die Nebenräume der Sporthalle erhalten eine separate Lüftungsanlage (1.200m³/h), aufgestellt in der dortigen Technikzentrale Ebene -2. Die Raumübergabe erfolgt mittels Drallauslässen oder Tellerventilen. Ausblasblenden sind teilweise aus Edelstahllochblech anzufertigen. VWR43-400-08 Lüftungstechnik - 1x RLT-Gerät Geb. 49N 10.000 m³/h (DIN EN 1946-4); Luftaufbereitung: Heizen und Kühlen; mit Filter; Schalldämpfer und WRG - 1x RLT-Gerät Sporttherapiehalle (VDI 6022) 1.200 m³/h; Luftaufbereitung: Heizen; mit Filter; Schalldämpfer und WRG - Ca. 1.250 m³/h Lüftungskanal inkl. Formstücke - Ca. 115 Lüftungsgitter mit erhöhter Sicherheit (gehärtet) - Ca. 75 Luftauslässe - Ca. 180 Volumenstromregler (konstant) mit Schalldämpfer - Ca. 55 Brandschutzklappen - Ca. 6 Rauchschutzklappen
