Description

Das Pfalzklinikum plant die Erweiterung des Jugendmaßregelvollzuges im südlichen Bereich des Klinikgeländes in 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. Die Erweiterung ist mit einem 2- geschossigen Neubau (mit Teilunterkellerung) inkl. Zugangsbereich und Sporthalle vorgesehen. Das Gebäude ist als Ortbeton-, Halbfertigteil- (Wände/ Decken) und Mauerwerkskonstruktion sowie einer WDVS-Fassade konzipiert. Eine sep. Werkhalle für den Bereich Arbeitstherapie mit Anbindung an das bestehende Gebäude 50 gehört ebenfalls zum Erweiterungsumfang und somit zur Baumaßnahme. Die Werkhalle ist ebenfalls als Ortbeton- und Halbfertigteilkonstruktion (Wände) konzipiert und wird mit einer WDVS-Fassade ausgeführt. Alle Fensterelemente werden innenbündig eingebaut und erhalten außen eine stark abgeschrägte Fensterbank sowie als Sonnenschutz einen Raffstore. Je nach Sicherheitsstufe des dahinter befindlichen Raums erhalten die Fensterelemente einen Öffnungsflügel inkl. einer Lochblechverkleidung als Durchreichschutz. Die Außen- bzw. Innentüren sind in der Widerstandsklassen RC2/3/4 und als Schleusenkombination geplant oder als Notausgangstür, welche mit einer Fluchttürsicherung ausgestaltet werden. Die Notausgänge münden ausnahmslos in gesicherte Bereiche. VWR43-400-03 Metallbauarbeiten 73 Alu-Fensterelemente RC 3 tlw. mit Sonnenschutz 4 Alu-Fensterelemnte RC 4 8 Alu-Türelemente RC 3 1 Alu-Türelement RC 4 4 Alu-Innentürelemente RC 3 4 Alu-Innentürelemente RC3 und T30-RS 4 Stahlblech-Brandschutz-Türelemente 1 Textiler Feuerschutzabschluss 24 Fluchttürsicherungen
