The project is funded under the federal Gigabit 2.0 operator model with co-financing by the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg, and construction must start by 28 April 2027. About 785 fundable address points are covered. The master plan foresees building roughly 41,000 route metres, installing 28 additional distribution cabinets and 9 points of presence, blowing in ducts and/or cables in about 19,000 metres of existing duct routes and pulling cables in about 3,500 metres of existing multi-tube assemblies.
