Description

Im Rahmen der Generalsanierung werden auf den Strecken 2630 und 3510 zwischen Rolandseck/Oberwinter und Mainz Mombach umfangreiche Infrastrukturmaßnahmen geplant. Die Umsetzung erfolgt im Wesentlichen während einer fünfmonatigen Totalsperrung vom 4. Februar bis zum 7. Juli 2028. Ergänzend gibt es von April 2027 bis Oktober 2027 einzelne, verlaufende Sperrpausen. In diesem Zeitraum sollen vorbereitende Maßnahmen durchgeführt werden, insbesondere Oberbauarbeiten sowie Gründungsarbeiten für die Oberleitungsanlagen, Kabeltiefbauarbeiten und Kampfmittelsondierungen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden rund 70 Kilometer Gleis erneuert sowie insgesamt 198 Weichen neu gebaut bzw. erneuert. Zusätzlich erfolgt die Erneuerung des Überbaus von fünf Brücken, die Erneuerung und Instandsetzung von sieben Stützwänden und 19 Durchlässen sowie der Neubau von Lärmschutzwänden über rund fünf Kilometer Länge. Geplant ist zudem die Erneuerung der LST-Technik im Knoten Koblenz, das Stellwerk Bacharach mit Anpassungen in Bingen und der Zulaufstrecke Mainz zwischen Gau-Algesheim und Uhlerborn, sowie die Anpassungen der Altstellwerke an die neue Infrastruktur mit insgesamt etwa 1.407 LST-Steuereinheiten. Des Weiteren werden zwei Bahnübergänge vollerneuert und an 14 Bahnübergängen LST-Komponenten und/oder der Bahnübergangsbelag erneuert. Im Zuge der Anpassungsmaßnahmen an den Weichen, dem Aufbau von Überholgleisen und der Elektrifizierung eines vier Kilometer langen Streckenabschnitts der Strecke 3569 von Bingen Stadt in Richtung Bingen-Gaulsheim werden nach aktuellem Planungsstand rund 50 Kilometer Oberleitung mit den zugehörigen Tragwerken erneuert. Weitere Oberleitungsschwerpunkte liegen im Bereich Brohl und Koblenz-Lützel. Auch ist die Erneuerung von Weichenheizungen sowie die Installation von mehreren Heißläuferortungsanlagen (HOA) vorgesehen. Ergänzend sind Maßnahmen an 32 Verkehrsstationen geplant. Diese umfassen unter anderem Maßnahmen an 42 Bahnsteigen, 21 Bahnsteigdächern, 14 Aufzügen, fünf Rampen, fünf Neubauten und 15 Sanierungen von Personenunterführungen sowie den Neubau von 28 Beleuchtungsanlagen und 72 Wetterschutzhäusern.
