Summary

Machine-generated summary

The buyer is tendering trade 410, covering gas, water and wastewater installation systems, for construction work at the AKK facility at Bleickenallee 38 in Hamburg Altona. The existing 'Reha Aufstockung' building, partly with a basement and housing technical rooms, changing rooms and a rehabilitation facility on the ground floor, will be extended by three storeys. The first upper floor of the extension will house a partially stationary day clinic with diagnostic examination rooms, infusion rooms, a waiting area and supporting rooms. The extension is built in reinforced concrete with precast ceilings, an insulated facade and a green flat roof with photovoltaic modules. The work must proceed while hospital operations continue, with access via Lisztstrasse kept clear for emergency vehicles.

Description
