Sanierung und Ausbau der Infrastruktur des Thüringer Landesrechenzentrums am Standort Erfurt, Ludwig-Erhard-Ring 2 Leistungsumfang / Grobmengen: Der TLRZ RZ-Standort Ludwig-Erhard-Ring 2 in Erfurt soll für die stetig wachsenden Anforderungen der Thüringer Landesverwaltung erweitert und modernisiert werden. Der Freistaat Thüringen, endvertreten durch das Thüringer Landesamt für Bau und Verkehr, beabsichtigt auf der landeseigenen Liegenschaft auf dem Gelände des Behördenzentrums am Ludwig-Erhard-Ring 2 in Erfurt eine grundhafte Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes sowie eine bauliche Erweiterung des Rechenzentrums durchzuführen. Der Standort befindet sich auf dem Campus Ludwig-Erhard-Ring im Süd-Osten der Landeshauptstadt Erfurt im Ortsteil Daberstedt. Das Baufeld für die Erweiterung befindet sich nördlich des 2003 fertiggestellten Bestandsgebäudes des TLRZ. Neben dem TLRZ befinden sich auf dem Campus Gebäude das Thüringer Finanzministerium (TFM) sowie ein Kantinengebäude, Garagen und Stellplätze. Grobmengen: 30 m Zaun aufnehmen in Teilabschnitten 30 m Zaun setzen in Teilabschnitten 20 m Winkelstützwand aufnehmen, abschnittsweise, Fertigteilhöhe 1 bis 2 m 20 m Winkelstützwand herstellen, abschnittsweise, Fertigteilhöhe 1 bis 2 m 250 m Schutzzaun für Pflanzenbestand herstellen 12 St Schutz für Baumstamm herstellen 100 m Bauwasseranschluss herstellen 40 m Wurzelvorhang herstellen 1.000 m2 Vegetationsfläche mähen 100 m2 Strauchbestand roden und wiederherstellen 1.200 m2 Oberboden ggf. einschließlich Vegetationsdecke auf im Bereich Herstellung Kollektorgänge abtragen und wiederherstellen 4.000 m2 Oberboden ggf. einschließlich Vegetationsdecke auf BE-Fläche abtragen 1 St Rammschutzpoller ausbauen, zwischenlagern und wieder setzen 250 m2 Asphalt im Hofbereich aufbrechen und entsorgen, in Teilabschnitten 250 m2 Asphalt BK 1,8 im Hofbereich herstellen, in Teilabschnitten 13 m Kastenrinne ausbauen und wiederherstellen 130 m2 Pflasterdecke aus Betonpflastersteinen aufnehmen 160 m Bordstein aufnehmen 20 m Rohrleitung bis DN 150 abbrechen 10 m Abwasserkanal DN 250 im Hofbereich verlegen 1 St Schacht DN 1.000 mm, Tiefe 1,5- 2,0 m auf vorhandener Leitung einbauen 650 m3 Boden profilgerecht Tiefe bis 1,2 m lösen, Vorabtrag Kollektorgänge 1 und 2 15 m Kanal DN/OD 315 herstellen, Anbindung an vorh. Schacht im Ludwig-Erhardt-Ring mit 20 m2 Straßenoberbau Asphalt Ludwig-Erhardt-Ring aufnehmen und wiederherstellen und 20 m2 Gehwegoberbau Pflasterdecke aufnehmen und wiederherstellen 1 St Schacht DN 1.000 mm 1,5- 2,0 m herstellen 30 m Anschlussleitung DN/OD 160 PP herstellen 12 m2 Betondecke herstellen für Aufstellfläche Externtanks 110 m Kabelgraben Videoüberwachung einschl.
