Los 12 - Dachdecker- und Klempnerarbeiten Schieferdach; Landestheater Altenburg, Theaterplatz 19, 04600 Altenburg, Sanierung Kronenboden: Vorbereitende Maßnahmen: - Erstellung Dachplan 1 psch Dachdeckerarbeiten: - Dachschalung abdecken und entsorgen 225 m2 - Dachschalung liefern und montieren 225 m2 - Unterspannbahn abdecken und entsorgen 225 m2 - Unterspannbahn liefern und montieren 225 m2 - Satteldach Schieferdeckung (Altdeutsche Deckung) inkl. Traufe, First, Ortgang, Grat herstellen 220 m2 - Halbkegeldach Schieferdeckung (Altdeutsche Deckung) inkl. Grat herstellen 225 m2 - Dachflächenfenster inkl. Eindeckrahmen, Antrieb, Lamellenverschattung liefern und montieren 2 Stk. - Lüfterfist mit eingebauten Streckgitter montieren 8 m Klempnerarbeiten: - Dachrinne und Fallrohre abbrechen 95 m - Hängerinne Sattel- und Kegeldach herstellen 45 m - Fallrohr inkl. Fallrohrbogen herstellen 48 m - Prov. Regenwasserableitung herstellen 8 Stk. - Stahlabdeckung Ortgang, Attika und Gesims 30 m - Unterlegte Kehle Dachgaube herstellen 15 m - Nockenanschluss herstellen 32 m Gerüste, Sonstiges: - Schutzwand Dachfläche aufbauen und entfernen sowie vorhalten 35 m - Witterungsschutz Plane herstellen und montieren 450 m2 - Blitzschutz einbauen 300 Stk. - Sicherheitsdachhaken einbauen 50 Stk. - Musterfläche Schiefer anlegen 2 m2 --- Die vorliegende Bauleistung wird nicht weiter in Lose aufgeteilt. Weitere Lose zur Gesamtbaumaßnahme werden separat veröffentlicht. Angebote sind für ein oder mehrere Lose der Gesamtbaumaßnahme möglich.
