Description

Der Skandinavienkai ist einer der größten RoRo- und Fährschiffhäfen in Europa mit direkter Lage an der Travemündung in die Ostsee. Die Hansestadt Lübeck, vertreten durch die Lübeck Port Authority (LPA), plant am Skandinavienkai in Travemünde die Erweiterung der Anlegerkapazität für 2 Anleger, die zukünftig neue Schiffsgenerationen abfertigen sollen. Als Grundlage für das Gesamtprojekt wurden Planungen erstellt, welche es in den weiteren Projektphasen mit innovativen Lösungen zu optimieren gilt. Die LPA möchte in partnerschaftlicher Zusammenarbeit mit Fachfirmen des Hafen- und Wasserbaus gemeinschaftlich innovative Lösungen erarbeiten und diese beim Projekt verwirklichen. Die frühzeitige Einbindung der Ausführungskompetenz in die Planungsphase soll der Grundstein für eine transparente und ausgewogene Zusammenarbeit aller Partner über den gesamten Zeitraum des Projektes bilden und diesen prägen. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist zunächst die Erstellung einer ausführungsreifen Planung mit innovativen Lösungen auf Basis festgelegter Planungsrandbedingungen. Im weiteren Verlauf ist dann die bauliche Umsetzung an den Auftrag gegliedert. Die sich daraus ergebenen Einzelmaßnahmen lassen sich wie folgt beschreiben: - Rückbau des bestehenden Dalbensteges inkl. Gründung am Anleger 5a - Rückbau des bestehenden Leitwerkes am Anleger 5a - Zurücksetzten der bestehenden Fenderlinie am Anleger 5a - Neubau eines verlängerten Dalbensteges am Anleger 5a inkl. Ausstattung (Fender, Pollern, Beleuchtung, Seezeichen, etc.) auf eine rechnerische Ausbautiefe von -11,00 m NHN - Lieferung und Montage einer automatisierten Festmachereinrichtung als Hybridlösung mit den Schiffsleinen inkl. elektrischer Anschluss und Inbetriebnahme - Teilweiser Rückbau des bestehenden Dalbensteges inkl. Gründung und vorhandenem Leitwerk am Anleger 6 - Teilweiser Neubau in versetzter Lage des Dalbensteges an Anleger 6 inkl. Ausstattung (Fender, Poller, Beleuchtung, Seezeichen, etc. auf eine rechnerische Ausbautiefe von -11,00 m NHN - Teilweiser Rückbau des bestehenden Leitwerks im Drehkreis - Verlängerung des Anleger 7 mit einem neuen Dalbensteg inkl. Ausstattung (Fender, Pollern, Beleuchtung, Seezeichen, etc.) auf eine rechnerische Ausbautiefe von -11,00 m NHN - Neubau von Pollern auf der Fläche im Heckbereich der Anleger - Gewährleistung des Fährbetriebs ohne Einschränkungen an den benachbarten Anlegern während des Umbaus der jeweiligen Anleger 5a, 6 und 7 - Erarbeiten einer Baustellenlogistik für eine minimale Sperrung der Anleger während der Umbau- oder Verlängerung
