Description

Für die Maut- und Straßenkontrolle in Deutschland wird ein kompakter und leichter mobiler DSRC-Transceiver (nachfolgend "Gerät") zur Auslesung von EETS-OBU- und Tachographen-Daten benötigt. Dieses Gerät muss mit einem Mobiltelefon und einer darauf betriebenen Kontrollanwendung gekoppelt werden können. Beschafft wird ein kompakter und leichter mobiler DSRC-Transceiver (Dedicated Short Range Communication) zur Auslesung von EETS-OBU- und Tachographen-Daten im Rahmen der Maut- und Straßenkontrolle in Deutschland. Das Gerät muss mit einem Mobiltelefon und einer darauf betriebenen Kontrollanwendung gekoppelt werden können. Die Beschaffung umfasst die Lieferung von Hardware (Seriengeräten) einschließlich zugehöriger Firmware sowie umfangreiche Supportleistungen über die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit. Im produktiven Einsatz befindliche Geräte unterliegen Defekten und Verschleiß. Für die Aufrechterhaltung der Betriebsfähigkeit, Abwicklung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen, Reparaturen, Wartung sowie Entwicklungs- und Weiterentwicklungsleistungen sind entsprechende Supportleistungen zu erbringen.Die Geräte müssen einschlägige Normen erfüllen, darunter CEN TC 278 DSRC, ISO 14906:2018, EN 15509:2014, ISO 12813:2019, CE-Kennzeichnung gemäß Verordnung (EG) Nr. 765/2008, RoHS 2011/65/EU sowie EMV-Normen (EN 62311:2020-12 und 2014/30/EU).
