Der Neubau CPC erstreckt sich über zwei, über einen Verbindungsbaukörper erschlossene, Gebäudeteile, der Gebäudeteil Büro und der Gebäudeteil Technikum in dem experimentell gearbeitet wird. Im Außenbereich soll eine Anlieferung, ein Parkplatz und Aufstellflächen für Zyklisiercontainer entstehen.
