Summary

Machine-generated summary

GWQ ServicePlus AG, acting for its shareholder and customer health insurance funds, invites all interested pharmaceutical companies to conclude non-exclusive rebate agreements under Section 130a(8) SGB V covering medicines dispensed at the expense of statutory health insurance. Contracts start on 01/09/2025. This is an open accession model: any company may join at any time during the contract term under identical conditions, until exclusive agreements start. Required documents are the signed contract in duplicate plus proof of pharmaceutical rebate status. GWQ expects this transitional arrangement, lacking a selection decision, to fall outside German public procurement law. Documents and participating funds are available on the GWQ award portal.
