Los 2 | Warn- und Wetterschutzkleidung | ausgeschrieben als Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb Inhalt: Warnschutzwesten, Warnschutzjacken- und Parka, Dienstkleidung/Arbeitsschutz/Airport Security, Wetterschutzparka Feuerwehr, Warnschutz-T-Shirt & Sweatjacke, Rettungsdienst-Jacke Kalkulatorischer Ansatz zum Zeitpunkt der Bekanntmachung: 1.746 Abrufartikel ) Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Herstellung und Lieferung von Arbeitsschutz- und Dienstbekleidungsstücken für Mitarbeitende der Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH (FBB) nach Vorgaben des Auftraggebers. Die Implementierungsphase beginnt unmittelbar mit dem rechtskräftigen Zuschlag (bzw. mit Vertragsbeginn). Die Leistungsinhalte sind in der Leistungsbeschreibung konkretisiert. Während der Implementierungsphase werden keine Lieferleistungen durch den Auftragnehmer erbracht. Die Implementierungsphase ist der vollumfänglichen Vorbereitung der Aufnahme der Lieferleistung (Leistungsbeginn) durch den Auftragnehmer voraussichtlich ab 01.01.2027 gewidmet. Der Auftragnehmer hat in dieser Phase alle zur reibungslosen Aufnahme der Leistungserbringung erforderlichen vorbereitenden Maßnahmen durchzuführen. Dazu zählen insbesondere die Validierung der Logoaufbringung, Beschaffung der Schlupfgrößen, Auslösung der Bestellung für den Lageraufbau beim Auftraggeber sowie Einführung und Schulung in da neue Kleidersortiment. Unmittelbar an die Implementierungsphase - mit der ersten Lieferung der Artikel für den Lageraufbau - schließt sich mit dem allumfänglichen Leistungsbeginn die Grundvertragslaufzeit mit dem Regelbetrieb an. Die Schätzmengen der Rahmenvereinbarung sind der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Sie stellen auch die Höchstmengen dar, die aus der Rahmenvereinbarung abgerufen werden können.
