Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is leasing six individual retail spaces for souvenir shops as a single package to one retailer or concessionaire, who operates them at their own economic risk. The contract includes operating obligations and product range requirements. The contract starts with contract award; services for the first three shops must begin by 1 July 2027. The contract ends on 31 December 2037 for all spaces. The procedure is a concession procedure; interested retailers may bid for the full package.
