Description

Los 301D Boden laden und entsorgen Es sollen Bodenhaufwerke auf der Baustelle des SZG Greifswald am Ellernholzteich aufgenommen, transportiert und entsorgt werden. In den ausgeschriebenen Haufwerken befinden sich aus der Vornutzung einzelne Asbestzementbruchstücke. Gemäß Einschätzung der oberen Abfallbehörde handelt es sich bei dem Boden um gefährlichen Abfall (LAGA Mitteilung 23, Anhang 2, Fallkonstellation 5 a). Es ist davon auszugehen, dass beim Verladen des betreffenden Bodens die Akzeptanzkonzentration von 10.000 Fasern/m3 gemäß TRGS 910 deutlich unterschritten wird, so dass es sich um Tätigkeiten mit geringer Exposition gemäß TRGS 519, Nr. 2.8 handelt. Gemäß TRGS 519 Nr. 15.1 kann bei Tätigkeiten mit geringer Exposition auf das Tragen von Atemschutz verzichtet werden. Aus fachlicher Sicht ist das Tragen einer persönlichen Schutzausrüstung für manuelle Arbeiten (z. B. manuelles Aussortieren von Asbestzementbruchstücken) zu empfehlen. Für Tätigkeiten mit geringer Exposition ist gemäß TRGS 519 eine unternehmensbezogene Anzeige beim LAGUS ausreichend.
