Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 71 VgV (Objektplanung) Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist u.a. - Objektplanung mit fester und loser Ausstattung gem. § 34 HOAI: Leistungsphasen 2-3 und 5-8 Die 1995 errichtete 3-Felder-Sporthalle dient der Absicherung des Sportunterrichts einer Regionalschule und eines Gymnasiums und wird außerdem von Sportvereinen genutzt, insbesondere von Rollstuhlsport und Geräteturnen. Im Rahmen der Teilsanierung sind folgende Maßnahmen vorgesehen: - Modernisierung der Fußbodenheizung der Halle im Zusammenhang mit der geplanten Erneuerung des Hallenbodens - Erneuerung der abgehängten Decken und malermäßige Instandsetzung der Umkleide- und Sanitärbereiche im Zusammenhang mit der Erneuerung der Lüftungsanlage in den Hallennebenräumen - Instandsetzung der Fassade inklusive zusätzlicher Dämmung unter Beachtung GEG Die Maßnahmen sollen in den Sommermonaten erfolgen, in denen der Sportunterricht im Freien möglich ist. Die Realisierung soll daher in 2 Bauabschnitten erfolgen. Die Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen erfolgt stufenweise.
