Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 71 VgV (Objektplanung) - Objektplanung gem. § 34 HOAI: Leistungsphasen 1-9 Das 1975 errichtete Schulgebäude Typ Rostock wird als Grundschule mit angegliedertem Hort genutzt. In den 90er Jahren erhielt die Schule neue Kunststofffenster und eine Fassadenbekleidung mit Kunststoffpaneelen (im Bereich der Brüstungsplatten) und Keramikplatten (im Bereich der fensterlosen Giebelwände). Über eine zwischenzeitliche Sanierung des Daches ist nichts bekannt. Die Fassadenbekleidung ist inzwischen verschlissen. Ziel der Maßnahme ist daher eine umfassende Sanierung der Gebäudehülle: - Erneuerung der Fenster inclusive Sonnenschutz - Ersatz der maroden Fassadenbekleidung durch ein Wärmedämmverbundsystem - Erneuerung der Dachabdichtung inclusive Installation einer Absturzsicherung
