Description

Auftraggeberin der ausgeschriebenen Baumaßnahme ist die Stadt Sinzig. Die Gesamtmaßnahme umfasst den Wiederaufbau der Sportanlage „Rhein-Ahr-Stadion“ am Grünen Weg in Sinzig als Folge der Flutkatastrophe im Juli 2021. Die damaligen Hochwasserereignisse führten zu erheblichen Schäden an den Sportanlagen, den technischen Infrastruktureinrichtungen sowie den angrenzenden baulichen Anlagen. Zur Aufrechterhaltung des Sportbetriebs wurden die Sportflächen in den vergangenen Jahren teilweise provisorisch instand gesetzt und weiterhin genutzt. Die nun geplante Maßnahme dient der vollständigen und dauerhaften Wiederherstellung der Sportanlage unter Berücksichtigung der geänderten Rahmenbedingungen des Hochwasserschutzes, der Gewässerentwicklung sowie der zukünftigen Nutzungsanforderungen. Details siehe LV. Vergeben werden in Los 1 Leistungen zur Baufeldfreimachung gemäß LV. Eine ausführliche Leistungsbeschreibung ist dem LV zu entnehmen.
